He joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1997 and worked globally until 2003 when he left for his graduate program. He joined Johnson Controls in 2006 and held several Finance leadership roles there. He was an active member of the team that restructured and developed the Johnson Controls Audit programs, Audit planning and Internal Controls process flows. As a Plant Controller of a plant with annual revenue of about $750 million, he managed the whole finance activities at a significant lower cost than budget and build excellent internal controls environment that became a benchmark for the plants of similar sizes. He was one of the business process leaders on an estimated $2.3 billion global ERP process design and implementation “Unity project” in 2014.
